Granbell Hotel. Shibuya, Tokyo
Our friend Mr. Streetpeeper is a globetrotting street fashion photographer who is constantly attending fashion week events around the world. (It’s always fashion week somewhere!) When he has a break, he likes to slip away to Tokyo where he stays at the Granbell Hotel. Located 2 blocks from the Shibuya train station (a major transportation hub), the hotel offers stylish, inexpensive hotel rooms perfect for Cliktrippers!
The Single and Annex Single rooms are really small, but the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom is glass so it makes the space feel larger. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and decorated with a nice combination of Pop Art influences and muted tones.
Rates are about $120-$150/night for a Single.
Tip: The Annex Single rooms are better than the Single.
