Chilling Out in the New Baja

Chilling Out in the New Baja

Tijuana used to be the stuff of legends. An easy trip across the border to eat, party, drink, soak in the sun. Eventually, it morphed into a bit of a tourist trap, but it was still a good time. Then, about 10 years ago, the cartels moved in and that “wild trip to Tijuana” didn’t seem like such a good idea. Luckily, things have shifted again and now areas like Tijuana and further into Baja, Valle de Guadalupe are making a comeback by catering to the food and wine crowd. Check out this great round up of new and old spots to visit via Refinery29.
