Cliktrips likes the beach, palm trees, mountain hikes, desertscapes, forest walks, the jungle, tropical islands, swimming pools, lake swims, rocky seaside cliffs, sunsets, soundbaths, hot tubs, the occasional cold plunge, bicycle rides, road trips, spritzes of all kinds, lots of snacks and the colors pink and green. Cliktrips also enjoys late night techno parties, balearic rooftop hangs, weird weekenders, tropical sounds, trippy disco, and dancing ‘til dawn.

If you fancy sleeping in a boat docked in a marina by the sea and across from JFK airport, here’s your big chance.

Starting this weekend, July 7, the artist and boat builder Constance Hockaday launches her latest project, Boggsville, a boatel and boat-in theater at Marina 59 in Far Rockaway in NYC.  Constance has decked out six boats from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s into a laid back floating boatel available to rent (or for donation) every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights this Summer.

Each night will also feature screenings of water-themed films and documentaries that you can watch from your rented boat, or you can BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat).  Personally, I’m feeling the 30 Ft. Queen Zenobia yacht and the big old houseboat called the Ms. Nancy Boggs.

Check out the full story and descriptions of the boats over at Flux Factory.
